Stephanie Barron's Jane Austen series is a favorite, as is Anne Perry's 'Charlotte & Thomas Pitt' series. That is part of my obsessive trait, lol. I would love to read a historical mystery series. There are so many other books to read.Mishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11190111094915160871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8286902062764756319.post-30648443387168656302011-04-11T06:05:04.865-07:002011-04-11T06:05:04.865-07:00Interesting to hear from you all! Not always easy... sometimes writers get better as they go along, and the first book isn't as good!

Do any of you find that, that the later books in a series are better written? I hate it when it's the opposite, and a series goes downhill.Victoria Hamiltonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04957947895990761325noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8286902062764756319.post-45790271874290648902011-04-09T15:03:56.251-07:002011-04-09T15:03:56.251-07:00Yes, I love discovering new-to-me authors and seri...Yes, I love discovering new-to-me authors and series and I have to start with the first book.
